Final Sale: As part of our store closing sale, all items are final sale and are not returnable or refundable. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns.

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated delivery period. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible; however, we do not offer monetary compensation for late delivery.

For some products, the uniqueness of each item may also vary from piece to piece due to the complexity of how products are crafted. Additionally, exposure to light, humidity, and temperature changes may impact the condition of your merchandise over time.
